Passion. Experience. Diligence.
Attorney Nastro-Hathaway understands the importance of being able to explain complex legal concepts in terms that are easy to understand. She strives to make sure that her clients feel comfortable with the process each step of the way. She works closely with all clients to understand their goals and objectives, and then translate those into legal strategies that work best for them. She believes in a collaborative approach to legal services — one that is focused on helping clients reach their goals, whether that be through alternative dispute resolution or litigation.
In her free time, Attorney Nastro-Hathaway embraces what nature has to offer, whether it is skiing, swimming, gardening, or hiking with her 4-legged friend.
Attorney Nastro-Hathaway is a cum-laude graduate of Northeastern University and New England School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for Massachusetts, and the Supreme Judicial Court for Massachusetts. Additionally, she is a Court-Certified Conciliator and a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.
Attorney Nastro-Hathaway believes in volunteering her time and experience in an effort to give back to the community. As such, she currently serves as the acting Chairperson and Attorney for the Human Rights Committee for Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services and has facilitated programs for the women at Massachusetts Correctional Institution in Framingham.
